Company Overview
English Adventure runs American-style camps in Japan. We have two main programs: Immersion, for campers with high-level English, and Challenge, for campers who can't yet enjoy their camp experience without using Japanese. Sessions are 4 nights and 5 days long, with children and staff returning to Tokyo in between.
We run camps year round, and in our busy summer season, welcome staff from overseas who want to experience a unique side of Japan that you can't get any other way.
Company History
English Adventure was founded in 2003 by Dave Paddock, an American who has now lived in Japan for nearly two decades. Since then, we have grown by leaps and bounds and expect to welcome over 2,200 campers in our 2015 Summer Season.
