Company Overview

Each year Girl Scouts of Santa Clara County hires over 130 individuals from around the world to bring the magic of summer camp to nearly 2,300 girls. Our camps are designed to provide a unique atmosphere where girls are respected, nurtured, challenged and empowered. Under the guidance of our staff, campers participate in activities that build self-esteem, develop skills, increase knowledge, enhance teamwork and cooperative behaviors and, of course HAVE FUN! Skylark Ranch and Camp Metro are also accredited by the American Camp Association, which is a national organization that sets high standards for the health and safety of campers and staff and the delivery of quality programs.

We value the role that staff members play in bringing the camp mission to life. Working as a team, we create a caring and supportive environment that respects each child as an individual and allows them to feel good about who they are. We are looking for individuals who share this commitment to making a difference in the lives of girls.
