OUR COUNCIL
We’re 2.7 million strong—1.9 million girls and 800,000 adults who believe girls can change the world! Girl Scouts of Wisconsin - Badgerland serves more than 7,200 girls and 2,500 adults in 24 counties in south-central and southwestern Wisconsin and bordering states. We deliver the Girl Scout mission of building girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place. We’re the preeminent leadership development organization for girls offering every girl a chance to do something amazing!
OUR CAMPS
Badgerland Council camps serve over 1200 girls annually at our two resident camps. Camp Ehawee, near La Crosse, WI serves girls K-5, while Camp Black Hawk, located near Antigo, WI, serves girls in grades 6-12. We run a variety of adventure programs at both camps, from high ropes to watercraft to mountain biking. We also offer troop, family, and leadership programs throughout the summer.

Camp Staff Compensation
In addition to a bi-weekly salary, all staff are provided with room and board, transportation for work-related travel, free laundry, free access to the resident nurse, and a uniform shirt. This is a great opportunity for those who want to save money over the summer!
