Company Overview
Mountain Camp is a private, coed, resident camp on a beautiful high sierra lake. Located near Lake Tahoe in the El Dorado National Forest, we offer a non-competitive, high adventure program designed to make every camper feel like a "winner". Activities include Sailing, Mountain Biking, Ropes Course, Kayaking, Arts and Crafts, Guitar, Dance, Archery, Backpacking, Wind Surfing, Fencing, and much more.
Company History
Mountain Camp was founded in 1966 in the Santa Cruz Mountains by legendary Stanford coach, Chuck Taylor. It moved to it's current site in the El Dorado National Forest in 1986.
