Boise State seeks two Assistant Directors to provide operational leadership for Housing & Residence Life. These roles ensure a high-quality residential experience for 3,700 students across 12 communities.
Assistant Director (Maintenance): Oversees skilled trades, repairs, and capital projects. Requires knowledge of asset management and building codes.
Assistant Director (Custodial): Manages large-scale cleaning programs and turnover periods. Focuses on sanitation and quality assurance.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or plus 2 years relevant experience. Valid Driver's license required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Maintenance: Experience managing renovations, contractor coordination, and preventative maintenance across multiple facilities.
- Custodial: Experience supervising large-scale custodial operations (e.g., residence halls, hotels) and executing high-volume turnover cycles.
Salary & Benefits: $65,673-$71,836/year. Includes 12 holidays, 12-24 vacation days, up to 11.96% retirement contribution, and tuition waivers.
